What is it?

Mysteriapp is an interactive mystery game for your phone. You book an event on a day and in a city suitable for you, travel to the location on the day and our mobile app will guide you through the process to catch all of the suspects and solve the crime!

How many people can play?

Each game booking is priced per team and we recommend teams be between 2 - 6 players.

How much does it cost?

Events may vary based on price so we always recommend you check the event page for our latest events and prices.

If I've played once, will the next game be the same?

Each storyline is unique. We may run multiple events with the same storyline so if you've already played one event with a certain storyline, it will be the same at other locations so we recommend choosing an alternative event with a different storyline.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! You can purchase one on our gift vouchers page.

Can I bring my children?

Of course! Although our storylines are not strictly aimed at children, we try our best to make them family-friendly... Or as family-friendly as a gruesome murder can be.

Can I bring my dog/cat/parrot?

Of course, and we also recommend sending a photo to our Facebook or Instagram page so we can feature your P.I. pets!

I've purchased a gift voucher/game ticket. Now what?

We will email you your voucher or your game ticket shortly after purchasing. If you haven't received it after an hour, please get in touch through our support page.

How do I download the Mysteriapp app?

You can download the app here. It's available on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.

I've purchased a game but I'm no longer able to attend. What do I do?

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to rearrange it for you. Please note: a rescheduling fee of £10 will apply.

The weather looks horrible for that day! What do I do?

As you'll be walking around for a fair portion of the day, in the event of adverse weather, we may (at our discretion) offer you an alternate date. If this is the case, there will be no charge for rescheduling. If you'd like to reschedule due to weather, please contact us.
